Schnoz

Schnoz are a species of idiotic little demon creatures that will eat anything that can fit in their mouth.  

They’re capable of learning basic tasks like “Sniff” and “Eat”, but struggle to learn more complicated tasks like “Do Not Eat”.  

They are often used by other monsters to find hidden objects due to the heightened sense of smell granted by their comically large nose.  

More often than not they end up eating whatever it is they find, but with persistent training can occasionally learn to spit it back out.
