Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, assembled, painted, or worn.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
