Mr. Devil

Mr.Devils are a subspecies of Business Devil who are generally considered to be the greatest negotiators in all of New Florida.  They own most of the commercial real estate and a large percentage of various housing communities.  If you travel through New Florida, you will see many ads for Mr. Devil owned law firms and casinos along the way. 

They would love to do business with you, and will make very favorable business deals with your opponent’s monsters on your behalf if you give them the chance.  If conversation fails, they are also very good at negotiating with their fists.
