Penguin Rogue

Penguin Rogues can be found in the shadows of alleys and taverns all around New Florida.  They are both figuratively and physically slippery.  They ambush and disappear at a rate which is sure to annoy any monster (or human) who comes up against them.  If caught off guard, they are easily dealt with, but if that never happens their opponent is in for a very difficult, exhausting fight.
